James Golden: Personal Trainer & DirectorJames is the founder and a director of Target Human Performance. He has worked for over ten years in exercise and sport science since graduating with a sports science degree in 2001.
James started working out at a young age competing at high levels in boxing, football and athletics. Before setting up Target Human Performance in 2005, James worked as a personal trainer for the government, presented different forms of group fitness across the UK and also spent time in Fitness Management.
James is known for his innovative training methods. He is one of the first Personal Trainers in the UK to use Vibration Training and has been involved in presenting this to Fitness professionals throughout Europe.
As a personal trainer James has a reputation for achieving client’s targets and exceeding expectation.

Nick Castle: Personal Trainer & Sports TherapistNick has been part of the Target team since June 2010. Nick graduated from Middlesex University in 2009 with an honours degree in Sports Rehabilitation and Injury Prevention and has also completed a Personal Training Diploma. Nick is a trainer with the expertise to recognise dysfunction and correct through his methods of training his clients.
Nick applies his knowledge to develop training programmes for high performance athletes and has previously been part of the fitness team at Watford and MK Dons prior to joining Target. Nick also has an eye for assisting individuals with hectic lifestyles to reach their goals. His knowledge in corrective and preventative training is valuable in providing specificity to an individual's training programme.
Nick manages the Sports Injury clinic within Target and provides rehabilitation on sports injuries, sports massage and treatment programmes.
Nick is also trained in Sports Massage, Dry Needling and Pilates and is now furthering his education with a Masters in Osteopathic Medicine at The College of Osteopaths.
He is a member of the British Association of Sports Rehabilitators and Trainers (BASRaT) and a student member of the British Osteopathic Association (BOA).

Kris Kemery-Toone: Personal TrainerFollowing a career change in 2009, Kris qualified as a Personal Trainer, joining the Target team in August 2010. Since Kris entered the industry he has amassed a varied portfolio of skills, including being qualified to teach Strike! Boxing, Indoor cycling and Circuit classes as well as gaining qualifications in ante and post natal specific exercising.
In his previous life as a Graphic Designer, Kris was used to being able to think creatively, be task orientated and to work with flair and enthusiasm and these are all traits that he has brought with him to Target, although his greatest strength is his genuine interest in helping people.

Kim Bates: Client Relationship ManagerKim’s career to date has been in retail, marketing and communications. After working for Marks & Spencer as a senior buyer and in group marketing she moved to an independent strategic communications agency. In each role customer satisfaction has always been her priority.
Believing in the benefits of an active and healthy lifestyle, moving into the world of health and fitness was a natural step for Kim. A qualified group exercise instructor Kim teaches a range of classes from Body conditioning to Body Combat.

Troy Bantleman: Personal Trainer Troy’s enthusiasm for training comes primarily from a professional background in football. He Played for Brentford FC from the age of nine and by the age of eighteen he’d played in Germany and moved around Europe having professional contracts in Italy, Germany and Ireland before returning to England.
Troy also has a great passion for Boxing coming from a family of professional boxers. He now provides strength training programes for pro boxers.
Troy is a qualified Level 3 Advanced Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer.

Krisztina Keszi: Personal Trainer Krisztina has over ten years experience in the health and fitness industry. She works with both adults and children who have differing needs and abilities and is currently running a GP referral scheme to help people regain fitness after illness, as she is passionate about optimal health for a great quality of life.
After gaining a degree in Education and Child psychology, Krisztina took a diploma in Personal Training and Sports massage therapy. She is also qualified to teach a range of group exercise classes including Studio cycling, Fitball training, Bodybalance and multi sports for kids.
- Fiona Conway: Personal Trainer
Fiona is a fully qualified trainer with a specialism in pre and post-natal fitness. Fiona left a career in corporate banking to start her family. Having always been passionate about maintaining a strong and healthy body, Fiona was fortunate to keep her fitness through each of her pregnancies and is now a great advocate of the benefits of looking after your body during and after this time to maintain your strength, posture and energy - as well as your self confidence .
Fiona graduated as a Premier level 3 and NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified Personal Trainer in 2011. She has also gained her certificate in Exercise Prescription for pre and post natal clients.
